Add a Twitter Feed #127

People naturally seem to be using hashtag #rubyforgood on Twitter for comments. We should display those on a rotating "thingie" of some kind using the Twitter API etc.

I wrote up this issue before reading Issue #88 fully. There might be an issue with quality control, but I'll have a conversation with my team about it. They're much more knowledgable than I!
