Potential foster can set the "sex preference" for their foster #34

Notes

Some fosters might have a sex preference when it comes to their potential dog. Maybe this is because they have a male dog at home already and he might not get along with other male dogs. So we want them to have the option to set that or choose both if there is truly no preference

User Stories

As a foster I want to only foster a certain dog sex So that I don't foster a dog I can't handle for a particular reason

Acceptance Criteria

GIVEN I am on the foster application page
WHEN the page loads
THEN I see checkbox field with the label "Sex preference" in the section "Pet Preferences"
AND I see two options:
Male
Female
