Summary

This is connected to Issue #142

Create a test student account to test functionality of "receiving funds" from Admin account.

Things out of Scope

Do not implement any kind of buying functionality for this account at this time. Buying will be a separate ticket.

Criteria for Completion

[x] When a STUDENT user is set money by an ADMIN user they can receive it and see that they received the funds.
[ ] This feature should only be available to STUDENT users
[x] Add an automated test proving that it works
