Add Inventory dashboard

User will need to see:

• total items grouped by inventory_type in stock across all locations, with some kind of color indicator for when quantity is below 5
• inventory_type totals per location, with some kind of color indicator for when quantity is below 5
• include total Purchases (for purchases that have a box via shipping_payment)
• include total # of BoxRequests and Boxes shipped
• add start_date and end_date filters that filter the Purchases total, and Box and BoxRequest counts for easy reporting

We're building up to having it be something like one of these. Getting the data on there to start is perfect, and if you wanted to take it further and design it more, that's great too!

@renatamarques97 thanks for asking about this! totally open to suggestions, but i was envisioning it'd be its own endpoint.

the following is speculative -- feedback/suggestions welcomed!

but, just to offer some more context of the current thinking, users for this page might be:

• shoppers for a specific storage location asking:

• how many toothbrushes do we have?

• how many toothbrushes should i buy for the next 2 months? (as a stretch maybe some kind of prediction of how many more are needed at that location for the next 3 months based on requests from the prior 3 months???)

• what supplies are currently out of stock and blocking box shipment (maybe 2 toothbrushes and 3 books are needed to complete assembly of currently designed boxes)

• shoppers for multiple storage locations wanting to buy in bulk to supply sites for the next 2 months

• view one or more locations and see current counts of all inventory_types

• a senior staffer wanting to budget for the following year wants to see costs of all purchases across all sites for the current year and/or costs per storage location per year

• someone who has just completed a purchase wants to click a button from this page to submit their receipt (through a form that lets them log multiple items purchased that create relevant inventory_adjustments)

maybe the current deliverable is a mockup that we can share w the stakeholder?

Hey, @renatamarques97 they'll need a link to it from the admin, yeah. This is the "inventory dashboard", so, only relevant to peeps who are doing purchases and need to know if all the needed supplies are there.
