I don't see why it should be in Rubyfu. The script is written in python (https://github.com/cddmp/enum4linux-ng)

Nessus and nmap either are not written in ruby. It's like for https://rubyfu.net/module-0x3-or-network-kung-fu/network-scanning/nmap and https://rubyfu.net/module-0x3-or-network-kung-fu/network-scanning/nessus, it's about a ruby wrapper for a non-ruby tool.
