Bundler not clearing away the system gems / rubygems

• Bundler.setup alters the load_paths
• if you do Bundler.setup, bundler should take over and stop from loading system gems that aren't in the bundle
• but apparently Gem.source_index still has references to those system gems
• it seems that information about the system gems is leaking into the bundled environment
• so yard sees those (yard-plugins) and tries to load them anyway
• system gems cannot be loaded from inside a bundle right now
• maybe bundler isn't changing Gem.source_index correctly? :\
