@segiddins I think so. I updated it with @indirect previous feedback. We can always modify it if there are future changes.

@indirect the other day I saw where I got the idea that bundle add would replace bundle inject, it was in https://github.com/bundler/bundler/issues/4855. This can be decided later and doesn't prevent merging the RFC.
