I noticed Pull requests are pilling up and issues are at a standstill. Is there anyone contributing / merging this project? Need it for a rack/node app the NYC.rb community is working on.

There isn't that much motion on this project no. I do not use it daily and would love to hand it off to somebody willing to take on what amounts to a very, very challenging problem.
