I've added SLACK_SUPPORT_CHANNEL variable to configure which channel will be support one Also added commands "hi", "about", "help"

TO DO:

Make it possible to integrate this bot to any workspace
Add command "ask" to send questions to support channel and keep them in the same thread until "stop" command is sent
If "stop" command is not sent thread will be closed within 12 hours
