The general idea is that the sidebar content moves to 2 places:

The top part and short description becomes the top part of the landing page as specified in Landing page proposal #53 cc @alicetragedy
The other parts move to the "About" page
(The tag list we should clean up and move from arbitrary tags to more set topics, possibly reflecting what is used on Speakerinnen?)
