Publish text option #78

Have an option that the user can decide whether or not she likes to publish the text or only display the squares picture. And if so put text beneath picture.

I'm a little bit lost here. After the struggles with my databases on friday I could now deal with the real problem but found no solution :( Perhaps I think to complicated. Like to discuss that this evening ;)

@zaziemo it's probably one of the features that require changes in quite a few places. here's a short list, not sure that's complete:

add a migration that adds a publish_text boolean column to the texts table
add a checkbox to the new/edit text views so that one can check it
make sure that boolean value gets saved to the text model/table
use that boolean value when displaying the text/picture on text/show

i'd recommend working on these in this order
