Migrate from Spaceship to Fastlane v2 #22

Closed andrewhavens closed 6 years ago

andrewhavens commented 6 years ago

A number of open issues have been resolved in newer versions of the Spaceship library. However, in order to access the newer version, we have to switch to depending on the latest version of Fastlane, because Fastlane now bundles all its libraries within a single gem. This PR starts the work of migrating to use the latest version of Fastlane.

@wndxlori (Lori Olson) has volunteered to continue pushing this forward.

@andrewhavens want me to accept the current pull request?

Naw, he put it up there for me to work on the edge cases ;-)

I tested this with my app... and a new device... and an expired cert! Worked flawlessly, after I burnt down my existing "provisioning" directory. I'll probably document that stuff in an issue, and submit a PR to updated the documentation to make it clear you should delete your provisioning dir and start from scratch when you're dealing with expired certs.
