I have also found similar and reported via website's contact form, but have also investigated a bit further.
This seems to result-set-dependent: some minority (n = 1 in my sample of 6) of profiles present (on web page) and presumably store (in 'back end' somewhere) the top-level big 5 scores in a different order than the majority (n=5). So far, for a single profile view, no problem: the bar chart labels (also, the sections showing subscores and their interpretations, under the heading of each of the b5) are in a different order, but (I presume) reflect the correct information.
The 'compare' view, however, does not account for these minority results; this gives rise to incorrect comparisons being presented.
In my case, the majority n=5 label ordering is Extraversio, Openness, Neuroticism, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness.
In the n= 1 case, the lable ordering is Neuroticism, Extraversion, Opennes, etc, etc. This is different from @anish-94 's experience.
I have been given permission to share the result-set id. It can be found at:

Would be great to get this addressed. TIA
In the comparison page overview image, the
Neuroticism
andExtraversion
columns have their labels swapped
