Remove unused fonts #40

Fixes #38

All of the Young Serif, Source Sans and Source Code was removed in #22 but it was still being requested.

@ndorfin - was there anything else you were thinking of in #38? Oleo Swash is used after all (for the logo)

@mermop Nope - this PR looks good My mistake, it looks like we only use Oleo Swash at desktop-like breakpoints on the homepage. I'll look at converting that to an SVG 🤓
