How to add resourcePolicy on ApiGateway? #209

Hi,

I am playing with rubyonjets. Is there a way to add the resourcePolicy on ApiGateway through the DSL? I am thinking of using it within the organization and would like to restrict access.

Currently, not available. Should be pretty straightforward to add though.
