Legacy Planet software encoded the feed URLs.

On Venus, this syntax is broken: [http://hyperboree-apollon.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default/-/wikipédia]

It would be nice if spider.py could read the string as UTF-8 and encode it properly, to be compatible with Planet .ini files.
