Upgrade to v1.1 #6

MDL v1.1.0 is now released; let's leverage all the fixes and improvements it brings.

Thank you for pr. For 1.0.x versions I used self-made script to pull latest MDL release from npm and apply project-specific changes, I'll see later today what needs to be changed and update the script, so we can have 1.1.0 version released asap.
