v18 p161 - foriegn keys in Rails 4.2 #15

It seems like 4.2 generates the "add_foreign_key" automatically when you use the ":references" qualifier. So both Listing 5.3 and the note following it are not entirely accurate.

I believe this has been updated in the most recent version of the text that we have on GitHub. A new release will be out shortly.
