Updated axios version #30

Updated axios version from v0.19.2 to v0.21.1. This addresses 2 high severity vulnerabilities within the axios module (see https://npmjs.com/advisories/1594)

This also addresses the following issue: https://github.com/rubystarashe/nuxt-vuex-localstorage/issues/26
