New Maintainer Wanted #5

I'm have my doubts anyone is using the gem. So unless someone would like to take it over, I am going to deprecate it at the start of the new year.

I decided to just leave it. I updated the build and that's about that.

If anyone wants this gem then it is open for adoption!

Hey @trans, we're definitely using the gem. It has been a big help on our app for upgrading some super-old PHP password hashes. Haven't had any maintenance issues because it worked for us out of the box. Not really looking to adopt, just letting you know that someone is using it, and saying thanks :)
