enhancement: improve fts cron Fix #215 #217

add logic for grid passphrase
add a description for it in the readme
minor adjustments and improvements to the logic of the docker entry point script and the renew scripts

I've tested these changes in our K8s cluster and they are working 👍🏼

https://github.com/rucio/helm-charts/pull/132 is merged as of this morning, in order for the new features to work, we need to merge this as well - @mlassnig can you merge this as well, please?
