Add multi_vo and oidc specific environment variables for webui2 #221

Since https://github.com/rucio/webui/pull/115 and https://github.com/rucio/webui/pull/109, the environment variables used by the webui have been updated or new variables have been introduced. These changes should be propagated into the webui2 containers ( and helm charts https://github.com/rucio/helm-charts/issues/124 )

Closing as the webui containers need to be re-worked since the move to NextJS
