Description

Enhance color organization on the site by:

Grouping all colors in the Tailwind configuration file.
Creating a color palette.
Replacing all hard-coded colors with those from the color palette

Motivation

This change will enhance color organization, making it easier to manage and modify colors. It also reduces the number of colors on the site.

Change

Create a color palette with all necessary colors.

In the component-library, replace all hard-coded colors with those from the color palette.

Additional Information

[ ] The Rucio API needs to be changed.
