Enhancement: Group colors in the tailwind configuration file #410

Improve the color organisation :

Create a color palette with :

• neutral : background
• text : text
• brand : add a brand color (violet)
• base :
  • success
  • error
  • warning
  • info
• extra :
  • indigo
  • rose
  • emerald
  • yellow

In the component-library, replace all hard-coded colors with those from the color palette.
