Logo for "pcengine" system in USA theme doesn't match icon #11

Hello,

If this logo was intentional please decline.

I noticed that while the system icon for "pcengine" in the USA theme was changed to the TG16 graphic, the logo was not, and the result is a disparity between the two graphics. This PR copies the TG16 logo, overwriting the pcengine one.
