A new 'auto-random' collection has been added to EmulationStation-dev and will likely go into production. I added snes and nes icons, backgrounds and logos for it that I think match the aesthetic of your theme. I've already implemented it into my own RetroPie build and think it looks great. Open to feedback or for you to take it and change it however you want.
I love your theme, it's been on my arcade for about 2 years now. Thanks for making it all that time ago!
