Add movie and series list layout option #305

Summary

Adds a list layout option to the MoviesView and SeriesView which can be enabled via a new “Layout” settings preference.

Note: The additional top padding on iPhone/iPad looked a bit funky so https://github.com/ruddarr/app/pull/305/commits/4cf4477852faa8e76eab820e7272fe30fe766003 removes it. This is not reflected in the screenshots below!
