Option to skip check for self-signed certificates #333

Please add an option to skip the check for self-signed certificates please. Now I cannot add the apps due to a self signed local hosted certificate based on IP. Would be nice to be able to skip this check to be able to add the URLs. Now it says the URL is invalid.

This won't work as of iOS 18 afaik. Use free certificate service like Let's Encrypt.
