`android-database-sqlcipher` has been deprecated in favour of `sqlcipher-android` #413

android-database-sqlcipher has been deprecated in favour of sqlcipher-android

Hey @saran-epifi, We have updated the sqlcipher dependency. Please utilise the latest version v1.23.0.
