Integration with Singular is not functional #1175

As per discussion with Singular support, currently, the integration with Rudderstack is not working. Events are not pushed to Singular and Rudderstack reports issues delivering events.

Also the manual refers to Settings -> Console but Singular's UI has been changed and it's under Developer tools.

@vladaman thanks for your feedback - we will revisit the integration and make the necessary changes to our documentation.
