put documentation for both datasets into one man file, added empty line at end

Hey @niannucci, thanks for your PR. I'm a bit swamped at the moment, so I won't be able to fully comment on this until the weekend.

Somethings you can do right now however are:

• Add yourself to the DESCRIPTION file as a package contributor ctb. Then rebuild + run the package checks. This will give you official credit for your work.
• Edit the NEWS.md file under fivethirtyeight 0.5.0.9000 to reflect the fact that you've added a dataset. Please follow @mmanley18 or @Starryz previous examples
