Update chart.js from version 2.7.2 to 2.9.4 ChartJs version 2.7.2 has a security vulnerability see: https://github.com/advisories/GHSA-h68q-55jf-x68w 2.9.4 is the latest version before the 3.0 update, since it's still version 2 I'm hoping this won't break anything.

I created a PR, couldn't test it though since I can't build the project properly, seems to be an issue with my npm and node versions.
