Have you considered adding more formatting to the query sheets?

Query a sheet demo
- column E wider on input sheet
- header and alternate shading for output sheet
- freeze header in both input and output sheets?

Text edits and typos

query a sheet demo - sidebar title should remove "to"
web store listing - type you instead of your; also, edit the store listing to include this feedback issue
