Use enum not hardcode in semver for welcome sidebar #68

Sidebar for add-on welcome is currently hard coding sem ver completion checklist

Setting aside, hotfixed 0.5.14 to 0.5.15 feature/oneSemVer in process, pausing with these notes. style: semVer attempt

this failed as RCM$.ThisAddon.Enums.CURRENT_ADDON_VERSION is not in the namespace availble
update #68 design; maybe sidebar says latest version of and there is a menu for 'about this version' sort of thing so people can see version and access a give feedback link
