Upgrade and adopt ports: ncftp, ne, gtypist, mg3a, ncurses, gnuplot #81

Upgraded to last version ne and ncftp. Add gtypist 2.9.5 Add mg3a Add ncurses 6.1 and configure to create ncursesw

Hoping to keep this effort alive. Just discovered it and I sort of like it the same I as brew.

GNUPlot will also work without AquaTerm installed, but i is a 'more than nice' feature to preview your plots

Thank you for your contribution! I will close this PR soon, I'm committing your work one by one, since I would like to make some modifications (including tests for example) too.
