Scripts seem to be triggered after the pages fully loaded even when set at
Before the page fully loaded

Thanks for your feedback!
The meaning "before the page is fully loaded" is that only some images may not 
be
loaded yet.
Nevertheless I will check that :-)

Well, I think it's better be triggered after every script or CSS style loaded.
