CustomizeScript Web-Install #9

1. Allow Web-Install for CustomizeScripts in the same vein as GreaseTank
and JetPack. When a user visits a page that contains CustomizeScript, a bar
appears asking whether the user wants to install it. If a CScript is
installed, it remembers its original location and may be allowed to try to
reupdate itself upon change once each X days (i.e. 7 days). Allow CScripts
to have name, author, description, and list of sites they cover. Allow
CustomizeScripts to contain multiple behaviors for multiple sites,
including wildmarked domains.
