Fix setting pdf view fn vars #26

Earlier, setting of the interleave--pdf-*-fn variables relied on loading the pdf-view (pdf-tools) package before loading interleave.

Now that does not matter as those variables are set in eval-after-load.

PS: Sorry, I seem to have commit from previous PR added to this.
