What: This commit updates the rest of the code with new permission
changed that has been implemented a while ago in the source code.
Specifically, remote_read_all and _remote_write are replaced with
_remote_direct
Potential issue for user after applying this update: in the
Settings/Users, under General permission section, NONE of the
following should be checked:
"Direct read access from remote (according to the other permission given)"
