Development of a Memory Card Game

Describe the feature - I would like to develop the Memory-based card matching game and add it to this repository.

Objective of Game: The main goal of the game is to find and match all pairs of identical cards within a predefined set of face-down cards.

• The user starts the game by flipping faced-down cards and matching them by image on them.
• The player has to match all set of cards in minimum time and moves to get more stars.
• The two cards if not matched get flipped back to their original side.
• Integrate visually appealing graphics for this game.
• Add a restart game button.
