A couple others that I noticed are missing: Switch User , Suspend, Education, and Utilities in the Application Launcher, Lock Widgets, Configure Desktop, and Activities.

Hi, Thanks a lot for your list. Do you have any idea of the icon name of the 2nd list? As I dont use KDE its bit tough for me to find out.

I looked into it a bit more. The ones I mentioned that didn't exist earlier (switch user, supend, education, etc.) seemed to be inheriting from Adawaita, which doesn't exist on KDE. Changing line in the index.theme file to Inherits=Papirus-Dark worked. (I think papirus was the closest I could find).

Education and Utilities are categories in the KDE application launcher. Education's icon is a white book (https://github.com/PapirusDevelopmentTeam/papirus-icon-theme/blob/master/Papirus/64x64/apps/applications-education.svg) and Utilities is a system monitor (https://github.com/PapirusDevelopmentTeam/papirus-icon-theme/blob/master/Papirus/64x64/apps/applications-utilities.svg). The icon for Utilities is the same as the icon for KSysGuard.

Lock and Unlock Widgets icons are just a lock that's open or closed. Unlocking widgets allows you to modify them. These are both really minor, and you can probably just leave them as is, as long as you inherit from a theme that exists on KDE. Lock: https://github.com/PapirusDevelopmentTeam/papirus-icon-theme/blob/master/ePapirus/24x24/actions/object-locked.svg Unlock: https://github.com/PapirusDevelopmentTeam/papirus-icon-theme/blob/master/ePapirus/24x24/actions/object-unlocked.svg

Activities is also a really minor, that's small enough that you shouldn't worry about it. I think it only shows up in a right-click menu. It's basically a form of multiple desktops. This is what it looks like: https://github.com/PapirusDevelopmentTeam/papirus-icon-theme/blob/master/Papirus/24x24/actions/preferences-activities.svg

Thanks a lot for your effort and dedication. Shadow is really an amazing theme.

Hi, Thanks for your comment. Now, I have realized the problem. After downloading the file, you should run the changecolor.py script, which will change the base icons from adwaita to kde.

Also, to be honest, this shadow from git is not very suitable for kde, as kde does not support transparency. So, I have made a special version shadow-kde which you can check at opendesktop.

Also, please check my newest icon, dual, which does not depend on transparency and hence better suited for kde.

Best wishes
