Text_to_Speech

Created the text_to_speech python file

It converted the english language text into the speech

This submission is essentially the same as the example code given in the pyttsx3 documentation (found here). In addition, it has absolutely no explanation of the requirements or setup process. Please do not make such low-effort submissions in the future.
