Backup of task list takes too long #33

Backing all the task list, one trace at a time, can take up to several minutes 
(per trace!) when there are hundreds of traces to store.
An incremental strategy that removes the scheduled task and appends the new 
planned ones would be much more efficient.

Improved in r127 using a "light" format for the trace.
