Using no "activity description in session" requires Resuming Persistence #36

When the "activity description in session" parameter is false, the resume 
function is enabled, in order to generate the activities.xml file, even when 
resume is not required.

The generation of this file should be moved to the simpler persistence (Disk 
Persistence).
