better support for fortigate ssl vpn on ubuntu #215

I see that there's a new network-manager-fortisslvpn package to natively support the Fortigate SSL VPN via network-manager's vpn plugins. I don't see this package in the ubuntu 15.10 apt repos though. :(

according to https://github.com/GNOME/network-manager-fortisslvpn/blob/master/README#L4 we have to install the openfortivpnclient
