1080p on thinkpad x220 - Githubissues

So I picked up a lenovo thinkpad x220 which is a beast of a machine. It's awesome for heavy work, but it's not the most portable machine.

I've absolutely fallen in love with these older thinkpad keyboards and the ability to replace and/or upgrade all parts of these machines.

An x220 would be a more portable machine with the same awesome keyboard. One problem though: the screen resolution is horrible: 1366x768.

It does look like someone hardware hacked a 12.5" 1080p screen from an older dell xps machine into the x220 though:

[ ] do these screens come with a cable that I would be able to strip, or would that have to be sourced separately?
