another closed source Ruffle fork support HTML5 games, those games may be from Flashpoint Flash is dead, but HTML is free and alive. Flash Fl's successor Animate An supports HTML5, WebGL, Flash/Adobe AIR, SVG

Are there any other free ones used to develop web games? I only know HTML and JS

Ruffle is a flash emulator. html, js, ts, php, glsl, python, or any other web game types are not flash and are not in scope, as far as I can tell. there may be forks that add these, but this project is not those.
