Papa's Burgeria: Condiments not correctly responding to click events #10354

Describe the bug

The Bottles of Ketchup, Mustard, Mayo, and BBQ don't respond when clicked in the middle. Although clicking from the top or sides will cause the bottle to move but may cause the bottle to become stuck to the mouse.

Expected behavior

I expected that when I clicked the bottle that it would move with the mouse when held and to go back to it's original position when released as it behaved in the 03/11/2023 Nightly Build.

Condiments stopped working properly in the 03/12/2023 Nightly Build

This seems to have been caused by #9995 - pinging @jayrlsw in case you want to look into it.
