Quoting Tom Fulp on Discord (from when someone else pointed this out a few years ago):

did you snag Dad ‘n Me from NG or somewhere else? The old version was ran through a vector optimizer for performance but that breaks the art in Ruffle - I had since updated it on NG with a build that wasn’t run through an optimizer.

oh, I see what's going on now the "optimized" shapes are also way smaller for some reason So this is probably just another case of https://github.com/ruffle-rs/ruffle/issues/3006#issuecomment-770457781

And I'm thinking this may also be related to #7369.
