Johnny Upgrade: Broken Boss Attack #13070

Describe the bug

Don't remember if this is a new regression or not, but I checked it between flash and ruffle and it seems like during the boss fight, the boss spins its laser cannons around in a circular motion constantly without stopping, meaning you'll take unavoidable damage.

Save file supplied with fully maxed out Johnny Upgrade, just double jump up left, drop down, then move right and shoot your way through, it's the quickest way to the boss to test.

Expected behavior

The bosses laser cannons should stop spinning once they spin around enough that they face down.

Still an issue as of the latest nightly.

Regression doesn't seem to be new, tested back and was able to confirm it happens on build 2023-03-28, likely was happening on ruffle when the game first started getting past the preloader.
